Dear Bill, 

Recently we asked for the impossible from your Company! Let me explain, we have a large customer that placed an order with us for Chrome Plated Knurled Rollers that had to be delivered by a certain date.  After recently installing new dynamic balancing equipment and having some trouble with debugging etc. we got behind on the production schedule.

I called to your Sales and Production people and needed a 2 day delivery.  Well many companies make the promise but few deliver.  When we were ready to ship them in we called Tom, your Production Manager who along with many others pulled out all the stops for us.  Your Company delivered and our customer is happy.

Just thought you should know that a real team effort was made on this one, and I know how difficult this type of scheduling can be, please pass along that we appreciate the effort.

Re: Chrome Plating

"Thank You" for a good job done quickly.

Recently Bonell got behind the eight ball on delivery of a roll that needed Chrome Plating.  Our customer needed the roll to install over the weekend.  The roll was ready to go to Empire Hard Chrome, but unfortunately our truck was in the shop.

At this point Mr. Bill Horne got into the act and volunteered to pick up the roll at the end of the day, Flash Chrome Plate and Polish and deliver back to Bonell Mfg. by noon the following day, where a waiting truck transported it to our customer in the Pittsburgh area.

For this great service, good job and reasonable price! - Bonell Mfg. wishes to express its satisfaction and appreciation, keep up the good work!
